    Or else you can take a van shuttle $40-$50, generally door-to-door. But it's a long ride (but that's how I'd do it). Or I'd change my flight to Liberia, which is an hour from Tamarindo. about 9 years ago

    Fly. No doubt. Sansa flies out of San Jose international, nature air out of the other smaller airport. Watch out
    for a 35 pound weight restriction on your luggage. If you have more pounds than that, you might have to drive. The road is horrible from San Jose to Tamarindo. I agree with previous writer! Try and change your flight to Liberia, only 30 min drive. about 9 years ago
