Hey Richard. Really depends on your price range and what you're after as almost everything is available here - including Serbian!
Your best bet is to head to either La Macarena, Zona T, Zona G, Parque 93 or Usaquen.
Here's some individual recommendations:
80 Sillas - Usaquen
Crepes y Waffles - All over
La Hamburgueseria - All over (but my favourite is in La Macarena)
Wok - All over
Andres Carne de Res - Chia
Criterion - Zona G
There's much more, obviously, but if you go to any of the areas recommended you're bound to find something. over 8 years ago
As thr editor of the english newspaper, recommend Matiz for fine dining. I love thr roast at TABULA in La Macarena neighbourhood and thr best Peruvian is El Peruviano on the Calle 71 with Carrera 6. Chef is called Diegon Vela. He is outstanding, about 8 years ago
