I am trying to book a couple of flights around China in September. I have seen that Ctrip have the scheduled flights I am interested in, but they only seem to be available for the next few months (May, June).
Does Ctrip only release the dates a few months before the departure dates? or is it more likely that all these flights are already booked up? (I did check other destinations for same dates and these also seem to be unavailable?). If so can you recommend another cheap airline.
Thank you for your help
We want to fly Shenzen - Chengdu and Chengdu to Guilin around the 17th September.
With the odd exception is does seem that the cut-off is about 90 days ahead. Travel agencies can book further ahead so you may have to consider the pay-off between cost and assurance for your plans. It is unlikley that all the tickets will be sold by the time that you can buy from ctrip, especially given that there are many flights on these routes, so why not wait. almost 8 years ago
