Yes! Beijing Airport has one of the most comfortable sleepover situations of any airport I know. Comfortable benches without armrests separating the seats, dimmed lighting, muted sound system. Look around, you'll find one of these areas. Food is more of a problem--if you thought you'll find a great Chinese restaurant, forget it. over 4 years ago

Terminal 3 at Beijing airport has sleep pods that can be rented by the hour. It costs about $47 for a standard room with private bath for 4–6 hours, and less for shorter periods or for a room without a bathroom. Be aware that at this particular airport, pods are outside the security/immigration screening checkpoint, so you either need a Chinese visa or an onward international ticket for departure within 24 hours to leave the secure area. Restaurants are hard to come by but Prik Thai was good decent green chicken curry, rice, and a Singha beer ($11), or head across the hall to Burger King for a Whopper, fries, and a Coke ($4.50).and there is a Starbucks!!! On airport property is my favorite hotel the Hilton the Spa and a dip in the indoor swimming pool with views over Terminal 3 was perfect for an early morning flight! I loved the food steaks and seafood in Compass Grill Restaurant. A friend recently stayed too and loved authentic Chinese dishes in Yue Shang Cantonese Restaurant and sipping cocktails in the Long Bar passed time quickly. over 4 years ago
