For people that might be interested in doing the same thing, I say you could take a bike tour, there are many great ones in Santiago, or even renting a bike to see the city. You could take a tour in Provindecia district, go to the parks and cultural spots, you could tour the Plaza de Armas and Paseo Ahumada. You can go to the Central Market, La Piojera, the museums in Quinta Normal and so much more.

Here are some itineraries you can do walking or riding a bike: http://blog.destinalo.com/category/where-to-go/a-stroll-around-santiago/

I love renting a bike whenever I visit a new city, you get to see a lot more! over 7 years ago
