Assuming you are going to Pearson International and not Billy Bishop City Centre airport contact Airways Transit http://www.airwaystransit.com/about.shtml

Public transit is not a viable alternative. You could take a train from Hamilton to Toronto and then an Airport Express bus to the airport. Via rail has a website but the trains may not be very frequent. over 8 years ago

A taxi could be mighty expensive so I'd take a GO bus from Hamilton to Mississauga and then take a taxi from Square One (That's where the GO bus station in Mississauga is) to the airport which doesn't cost as much! almost 7 years ago
