    Hi, Simone.

It depends. You will need to pay for your Vietnamese and Cambodian visas, and each bus run will cost you about $10-15 or so. You will need to get your Vietnam visa from a consulate, but several border crossings into Cambodia offer visas at the border. A tourist visa is about $20-25. For a small fee, you can have your visa's arranged by your hotel and save yourself a trip to the Vietnamese embassy/consulate. Payment is in cash and in US$.

Do you want to cross every border or do you want just to reach Ho Chi Minh from Bangkok?
If it is the second one, I would suggest to fly with Airasia.com or some other low-cost airlines...cheap and quick! over 5 years ago
