Depends what you're looking for... my wife and I stayed at Green Park Village Guesthouse. It's a 10 minute remork ride from the city center. Simple, but clean with breakfast included for about $6 USD per night. It's in a more "real" part of Siem Reap with a large local market a couple minute walk away.

Stayed at Garden Village Guesthouse, its a huge hostel which also has private rooms. Tuk Tuk will pick you up free of charge from airport or bus, free bicycle rental and huge pool with amazing food for $2. Very easy to walk to a pub street, around 5 mins. Tuk Tuk drivers at the front gate can organise day trips to Angkor Wat etc. almost 4 years ago

Neth Socheata, walking distance to old market, restaurants and bars, two minutes walk from Pub Street but located in quiet alley way away from the hustle and bustle. From memory rooms are from $20 upwards a night, breakfast included. Very helpful and friendly staff, have stayed there for many years while visiting Siem Reap and wouldn't stay anywhere else. almost 4 years ago

Reflections art boutique hotel.
Cheap, clean, and comfy.
The hotel is a safe 5 minute walk out of the main part of Siam reap, but still busy and easy to catch a taxi.
Plenty of food around
We stayed there for 5 nights. almost 4 years agoAnswered by Andrew viaWorldNomads.com

Handsdown to La Palmeraie d'Angkor.
The staff is simply amazing there, they were here to fulfill our every need always smiling and helping us.
The owners gave us great tips and really helped us in organizing our trip to Siem Reap.
Beautiful hotel, delicious food at the restaurant and great breakfast with hot baguette, fresh toasts, viennoiseries, bacon, eggs...
We simply loved it and will definetely go back to La Palmeraie d'Angkor if we ever stop in Siem Reap. over 3 years agoAnswered by Victoria viaWorldNomads.com
