We are 2 couples that are looking to hire Campervans for a 3 week period during the soccer world cup in 2014 and are currently struggling with getting companies that do campervan rentals, have you any suggestions or recommendations for us?

  • That is not common in Brazil, since the roads are not good nor were safe, if you find anything please let me know! Adventure World South America over 5 years ago

Hi, the thing is here in Brazil aren't a culture of camping or motor-home. The places you can stop are few and concentrate at the south of the country.
But you can get more accurate information at rental sites like: http://www.motorhomerui.com.br/
    http://www.aluguelmotorhome.com.br/

Just search in Google for aluguel (means rent) + motor-home (more common than camper-van).

    One last info:
the owner of the site below is a Brazilian expert in motor-homes and places to stay. He's like a perpetual traveler...
Ask him for your plans here and he will help.
