Is knowing english enough in Botswana? What is the local language and is it useful to know any phrases?

    YES! Most folks spoke English. Botswana is a country filled with many different cultures/tribes that each speak their own dialect, as a result, English is a common language in which to converse. over 10 years ago

    All over Africa they speak excellent english. I was impressed as i thought i would have trouble with english over there. You should have no problems at all while over there. over 10 years ago
