If it is, they will let you know exactly what you do next, including what they'll need from you to prove ownership of these items. This may take a few days, so please be patient while they review your claim and description of what happened.
In the meantime, I suggest you read the full description of coverage carefully for the plan you bought (the policy wording) to see what you're covered for (and not), particularly the section on Baggage & General Exclusions. Please be aware, under the terms and conditions of the plan you purchased, there are specific situations listed where cover is provided for personal items/baggage.
