I'll be attending the 2011 Belgian F1 Grand Prix at Spa, but forgot to purchase parcking tickets. The ones listed on the GP site are already sold out. Anyone knows if there are other parking facilities around the circuit ?

You dont really need a parking ticket unless you wan't to park close to the circuit. Local farmers open up their meadows but will charge you depending on how far you still have to walk. You could try local villages but usually they will not allow parking in the (main) streets. Don't get misled when I say 'mainstreet', that would be no wider than two cars in the Ardennes. Thanks for your answer. That's exactly what I did and it was easier than I expected. The locals at Francorchamps have plenty of parking lots available and this year's rate was 10 euros.
Relatively close to the circuit (1km) and very safe. With my car's gps set to Francorchamps it was really easy to find the circuit and its parking. over 6 years ago
