    Hi Dani,

It is 34 kilometres (21 mi) in length and as much as 23 kilometres (14 mi) in width, amounting to 431 square kilometres (166 sq mi).

An easy size to get around !

Yes, it's not a big island, but there is a lot of places to visit! You can to visit turtles beach and to swim with big turtles, you can to surf (South beach, Silver point), or to take a boat and to travel around the island, also you can to visit beautiful wild beaches of East cost or just enjoy the luxury vacations on West cost.

P.s. I visited many countries, but Barbados -it's something special! over 6 years ago

Hi Dani, there are a lot of regions to Barbados. It's worth hiring a car and getting out of the touristy areas in the south and motoring up to the north. There's spectacular scenery wherever you are... and wonderful people. Barbados Tourism is a good place to start http://www.visitbarbados.org/barbados-fast-facts.aspx. over 6 years ago
