Go to the Prater and go on the Riesenrad (ferris wheel).

Specht (in the centre, a bit expensive but good traditional food with some excellent specials)
Schone Perle (excellent seasonal food with lots of vege options)
Hotel Sacher (for Sachertorte)
Cafe Central (for applestrudel and liqueur coffees)
Anywhere in the Naschmarkt (for Lunch)

The Naschmarkt in Vienna, you can google and get details. Its a fabulous market and Vienna's most famous.
