I live in Vienna and I highly recommend it. I have friends who have been to Budapest and love it. I can't comment on Krakow, don't know the city.
Vienna has much to offer from historic venues to beautiful architecture, great food and/or art. Can't go wrong here. almost 6 years ago

Go to Krakow! Do not miss the salt mines, And Auschwitz . A beautiful city, loved the square and take the free walking tours! They are excellent.

Vienna is good if you like museums and concerts, that's about it there.

Just got back from both, Krakow, hands down!

Also loved Budapest, a beautiful city, good Baths!

Have fun! almost 4 years ago

Having been to both Vienna and Krakow, I would say Krakow has more to experience (salt mines, markets, vodka bars, Auschwitz). 10 months ago
