I love running but just running outside or on a treadmill hurts my knee. I would like a place that has equipment or offers some form of cardio. The cheaper the better.

    easy on the knees but a great aerobic/cardio workout is soft sand running. Take a run on the beach at Bondi, but up the back near the promenade where the sand is dry and soft. At the north end of the beach there's also an outdoor static gym, (pull-up bars, incline benches etc). almost 7 years ago

    I'm personal trainer. I have the same problem. I love sports (obviously ;) ) but my knees don't like it to much.

    I would like to suggest you running on the grass, on the beach try to run next to the sea where the sand is more compact.

    If you live close to the City the Botanic Gardens are a good option, nice view and the conditions of the grass are perfect. over 6 years ago
