I thought a good sushi roll should be made when:
- rice cooked softly, but still feels the texture, not too sour;
- the fillings are tasty with fresh ingredients .
My favourite Japanese food is from a Japanese restaurant called "TOTOYA" in Neural Bay near Woollies car park. over 11 years agoAnswered by Mary Wang viaTravellr.com

my new "best" - Yanagi at 76 Clarence St , it's usually a small wait as there is very little pre-made food there. A very impressive taste experience and worth it! Expect to pay a small premium for this higher quality. almost 11 years ago
