    Most places outside the CBD will have free parking on a Sunday, except if they are very busy or popular (for example, bayside beaches and near major parks or sporting arenas). The city itself has different parking restrictions depending on where you are - but usually one of the big car parks is better value on a Sunday anyway (e.g. all day parking is less than $10).     The car parks near the Victoria market on Lonsdale street are the cheapest ones. If you don't mind walking a little. Don't park in the middle of the city like Myers etc as those are the most expensive. You can also park on the outskirts and take the red circle tram for free :) over 6 years ago
