Can anyone recommend a Japanese restaurant in Brisbane? I'm looking for one of the less formal, yakitori bar-type places if possible.

By far the best is Sono. Two locations, city and Hamilton (outer city). http://www.sonorestaurant.com.au/ almost 10 years ago

There's a swathe of Japanese and other Asian cuisine around Mt Gravatt, Underwood and Sunnybank. Definitely less formal - very casual! over 9 years ago
