MoMo Bubble tea house and Cafe is the best place in Hobart. Located near the corner of Murray and Liverpool St. Formerly known as the Short Black Cafe pictured in this street view picture:

They have a massive number of flavours, styles, jellies and pearls. My favourite is a blueberry with black milky tea and coconut jelly. about 9 years ago

I remember that vegetarian place in bank arcade doing bubble tea. I haven't had any from there for probably 5 years now, so I'm uncertain if they still do it. The last I remember though, it was quite watery, room temperature and bland, but if they still do it, it's possible they've improved.
But as Guy mentioned, Momo is fantastic. Sweet little atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff! about 9 years ago

Yep, Mo Mo it is. They genuinely care about their Bubble Tea and are always abreast with the latest Bubble Tea trends in Taiwan.

If you ask for it, they can make your Bubble Tea iced (the usual way), hot or as an iced blend. And to reiterate Guy's statement, their selection truly is massive.

They serve pretty decent Hong Kong Lemon Tea as well. I never knew what iced lemon tea was supposed to taste like until Mo Mo served me the real deal. about 9 years ago
