Public transport is the best way to travel around Melbourne. There is a fantastic bus, tram and train system and it is also really easy to walk around the city. For public transport information visit http://ptv.vic.gov.au/getting-around/visiting-melbourne/
The Melbourne visitor information centre in Federation Square also has a large range of public transport timetables and you can also buy a myki card there which allows you to travel on all forms of public transport for a set number of days at a discounted rate. over 7 years ago

That was perfect. Stayed at Ashley Gardens Big 4 campground in Motorhome. Bus across the road to city and tram at end of the street. Thanks! over 7 years ago
