I'm sooooo hungry and I have no idea where to go. I'm in the CBD, near Wynyard. Can anyone solve my dilemma?

Sydney is quite lacking in good Mexican food in general, but there is Guzman y Gomez at the Australia Square food court, or in the MLC center food court. over 10 years ago

CBD is tough when it comes to a good Mexican feed - wander up to Surry Hills and you'll find Mad Mex (similar to GYG) or head West to Glebe where you can check out Flying Fajita Sisters (and their $3 Taco Tuesdays!!) over 10 years ago

    • When it comes to Mexican, these places are as good as it gets in Australia. *sigh* Brooke, WhyGo Australia about 10 years ago

Mad Mex is pretty good, but I really, really hate Guzman y Gomez - it's totally unauthentic, overpriced, and you get next to nothing for your money.

I was looking for something we could walk to - and not necessarily traditional mexican nachos, american nachos would be okay as long as they're not too fast-food-ish. over 10 years ago

    • Unauthentic? Admittedly I've not been to Mexico but GyG is pretty close to the kind of mexican food that is common in Southern California. Adam Kent over 9 years ago
