    do you mean 'Dim Sum"? In Sydney, this is generally called 'Yum Cha' - loads of restaurants in China Town if you want to wander around and find some you like. Some of my faves are Marigold (top floor, corner of George and Hay Streets) and Zilver (477 Pitt St, level 1). about 8 years ago

    The best dumplings in Sydney (in my opinion) are found at Chinese Noodle Restaurant in Chinatown. We went there yesterday and ordered a dozen steamed pork dumplings, a dozen fried pork and chive dumplings, a huge plate of handmade beef noodles and amazing special braised eggplant all for under $50!

    You miss the excitement of the "Yum Cha" trolleys rushing past you, but you wont care once you taste these dumplings!
