There's a very good Visitor Information Centre in the centre of town which will offer you dozens of things to do. I would certainly go to the Koala Sanctuary simply because it is "good works" - they take in injured koalas and bring them back to healthiness. otherwise, there are dozens of restaurants and cafes. Take your pick. You are going to a holiday town and it is geared to welcome you. almost 11 years ago

Port Mac has a range of things to do - fishing and sailing to bush-walking in nearby national parks and camping. As Bruce says above, the Visitor Centre is a great place to start. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will be able to give you tailored information to meet your needs and interests. almost 11 years ago
