there are many great choices for dining in and around Hobart. My personal favourites are The Source, Smolt, Me Wah, Ethos Eat and Drink, and Piccolo. If you have any questions, or wish to book accommodation, car hire or tours, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I just spent a weekend in Hobart and ate at Smolt (Salamanca Square), Ethos and Garagiste. All of them great, particularly Ethos with it's locally sourced, seasonal food.
Also, for breakfast on Saturday morning, I wandered the Salamanca market and had a slice of amazing wood fired organic pizza. Don't know the name of the stall, but there's noone else doing it. almost 8 years ago
If you're in Hobart you have to try Sirens - which does awesome vegetarian food and is located in a beautiful old building, which has middle eastern inspired decor and private alcoves. almost 8 years agoAnswered by Liam via WorldNomads.com
