what's the best/fastest way to get from UWS parramatta to sydney?

  http://www.uws.edu.au/campuses_structure/cas/campuses/parramatta covers the alternatives pretty well.
  
  The train is 5-10 minutes walk but runs a limited timetable, so it really depends on the time of day you need to travel.
  
  There's buses as well, but, well ... buses are rarely the best way to get anywhere around here. about 10 years ago
