    Well, we usually camp at a place called Green Patch (we're there this weekend in fact). Great for kids, and protected from any Southerly, it also has (according to the Guiness Book of Records, the whitest sand in the world.

    If you have a car, it's also worth an hours drive south to Ulladulla and then turn off for a little hill/mountain officially called Pigeon House (although a better name might be nipple mountain). Take an hour or two to climb to the top, great fun with kids, and spectacular views of the whole south coast. Highly recommended.
