Thanks guys. I ended up heading to Eurotrash. I was thinking of heading to Roxanne Parlour (in Cloverlid Place), so it was kind of convinient to go to Eurotrash instead which was just around the corner (in Corrs Lane, both just near where Russel St meets Lonsdale St).

Eurotash itself was pretty awesome, it had a good, happy (although quite young, most people there were 18-21?) electro vibe. The first floor is more of a sit down relax and chat area, and then if you go up the stairs at the back you can find several more small bars, and lots of cozy (crammed?) places. Off a little door on the second floor was the main "club" area - basically a bit of a stage, another dj booth (there was one downstairs), another bar, and plenty of people dancing which was awesome :). The place had a slightly divey / trashy, vintage feel to it, but that suited well, and most of the music was fairly popular electro / electro house. almost 12 years ago
