We are due to drive up the East Coast in a few days and we have looked at the various weather websites, but not knowing Australia very well, we've found it difficult to build a picture of where we should and shouldn't go and also are keen to have a good resource to use along the way so we can check if there's anything we need to be concerned about.
The weather sites tend to mention specific places and with out looking up every single one (which will take hours as there are so many at the moment) it is hard to get a general picture of where there is heavy rain/flood issues. Also, a lot of the reports are older, but in the van we need to have the latest picture of what is going on.
As well as a resource and especially if there isn't a good one, can anyone tell me the current picture of areas from Sydney up to Cairns?
