What's a great Tapas restaurant in Sydney?

    Capitan Torres up on Liverpool street (sydney) is pretty good (particularly after a few drinks!) about 8 years ago

    Hey Chris - there's is a brilliant Tapas restaurant called Encasa - it's right opposite Westend Backpackers on Pitt Street they do amazing authentic tapas and awesome pizza - check them out here http://www.encasarestaurant.com.au/ about 8 years ago

    On Victoria St (near the tropicana cafe) there's El Barrio Tapas Bar. Haven't been, but the menu looks good and prices are between 8 and 12 dollars for a plate. about 8 years ago

    The Spanish Fly is excellent at The Spot (and if you need a hearty red wine to wash it down, the Knarly Dudes is a winner!)

    and El Bulli (also in the Spot) or on Elizabeth Street a few blocks past central station is excellent too. about 8 years ago

    There's also Kika Tapas Bar in Victoria St opposite the Green Park Hotel (just walked last it - was pretty packed) about 8 years ago
