Approximate daily budget for travelling through south east asia?

I'm planning on heading to Bali for a week, then a week in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia (June/July). Given flights are paid for into Bali, then Bangkok and out of Ho Chi Minh city, can any provide an approximate daily budget. Would $100 a day be sufficient, including accomodation, food and travel/trains? Prefer mid-range accomodation...

  $100 a day is heaps for SE Asia. I did
  $40 a day last year - avoid resorts and stay at guest houses, and eat where locals eat. Hope that helps! over 10 years ago
