    The carries Personal has a promotion until end of the year. Its a internet flatrate for 1 peso a day. They even have 3g! You can get their sim cards in any personal store (bring a passport!) almost 7 years ago

    It is fairly easy in Argentina to get a sim card (called a chip de celluar). You sould be able to go into any of the three mobile providers in Argentina (Claro, Movistar or Personnel) or indeed any of the small kiosks ad get a chip con datos. You do not have to be a resident but as recomened by the previous poster bring your passport (i recomend carrying it on you at all times) topping is as easy as going into one of the shops again and asking for a recargo de celluar. almost 7 years ago
