Not good unfortunately. The Puyahue volcano continues to spew ash and another large eruption is expected. The original eruption dumped thousands of tonnes of ash on Bariloche. An environmental disaster has been declared. Lakes are filled with ash, the ski slopes were turned grey. Even if there's not another eruption it will be months before the place gets cleaned up, and the long term environmental effects are unknown.
There are health risks associated with volcanic ash, if you do go make sure to wear face masks if there's dust around (and a lot gets kicked up just by walking around if it's dry).
Volcanologists say there's a plug of lava which is showing signs of dislodging, which could cause another large eruption... which means more environmental damage, more flights disrupted, more misery, so let's hope it doesn't happen.

A volcanic eruption is likely the most unpredictable nature event. The volcano in Chilie has diminished its sismic activity in last couple of days. Bariloche city is almost normal , the tourism has been highly affected because the airport remains closed, so economie has sufered, thats why emergency state has been declared. No health risk could be checked, or neglected as well. The lakes are navigatable with small quantities of ash , ski parks are operational waiting for more snows(WHITE).
