    If this is the Hilton in Puerto Madero, absolutely. Puerto Madero, while a touch antiseptic, is the safest place i. A relatively safe city. I lived there for four months and frequently walked from there to all parts of Palermo, Recoletta, etc. At night, Id probably not run around La Boca, but all Other areas in the vicinity are fine. As far as taxis, yes cheap and safe, but always best to get in a clean, newer one. Seems like the only dirtbag cabbies were in dirtbag taxis. over 9 years ago

    I would say its not. It doesnt matter because everything is nearby but you dont know the places so id stay in a more central area like recoleta, belgrano.. Puerto madero is gorgeous but apart from the restaurants (all too turistic) and a small museum there isnt any cultural life. over 9 years ago
