I'm never sure what is the right level of detail to put on luggage tags. I've been told to put address and telephone number. Others have said only put the telephone number and never the address as someone can see where there is an empty place to burgle. What's the best?

I usually put my name and my phone number - but the FULL number, using a + before the country code, and writing out the name of the country, just in case. about 9 years ago

As above, as I have a global mobile phone, I also add an email address (gmail or such) as it seems to be the easiest/simplest way for people to get in touch with each other these days. about 9 years ago

A cell number and a name should be enough (one you're carrying with you), not the home number for the burglary reasons you outlined.
