I'm curious as to which site provides the best free travel blogs with community? Not interested in wordpress or blogger.

I use http://worldnomads.com/get-a-free-travel-blog.aspx which builds a travel blog very nicely as you travel.

Tumblr is also a decent option, it isn't travel focused blogging like some of the other options, but it is dead simple and easy to make look good.

I would recommend http://www.traveloca.com. I've used the site for my 3 month trip to Germany and it was simple and easy to use, free and i don't leave the rights of my pictures. :)
