    Since its a legal contract, it's most likely that you have to finish the payments required by your lease. Don't stop payments and leave without consulting a lawyer first. Of course, you can probably leave as long as you pay the remainder of what you owe before you leave. about 7 years ago

    You can leave, but you'll have to pay till the end. Check your lease, you may be required to give 2 months notice. Also , if you have a standard 6 mth lease, you can give notice at 5 mths in order to leave at the end of your contract. If you can't afford to stay tho, your landlord may allow you to leave early. Ask them. about 7 years ago
