    All of our policies are different and may include cover for flights if they are delayed for specific reasons. Without knowing your country of residence, unfortunately I can not answer this questions fully as we work with different insurers from around the world and each of their plans are different.

    If the flight is delayed by the airline (e.g. for maintenance, schedule changes or overbooking), you should first get compensation from the airline (as travel insurance isn't always designed to cover this) or consider buying a more flexible fare, which may cover you in these situations.

    What's covered (and not covered) is always shown in the description of coverage (policy wording), which you should read fully to understand all terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the policy you choose.
