Can someone tell me something about timeshare? I hope to find someone that has a personal experience. Thanks!!

    Several people who own residences (normal or recreational) join a time share association and allow fellow members to use their property during available times (presumably when the owners are travelling elsewhere and using another time share). These are normally formal, contractual relationships - because you are basically allowing strangers to move into and occupy your house. I can't help you with the quid pro quo or finances of this as I am not a practitioner. over 6 years ago

    Thank you Lisa! I mean timeshare with a Hotel (for example Hilton or Manhattan Club in New York). I know that you "buy" the chance to spend a week for some years in that hotel and I think that if you have a float week you dont't have a specific week and your reservation is related by availability. I would like to know the annual fees, how much can I spend in a year, if there are reservation fees, how long is that agreement...I hope to find someone with experience and to know how much is possibile! :-) about 6 years ago
