    Hello - Katrina from WorldNomads.com

We do not offer the option to declare your medical history as WorldNomads.com travel insurance does not provide cover for any pre-existing medical condition. You are still able to take out the coverage, however if your pre-existing condition is the cause of any expenses you incur and wish to make a claim for, then you will not be covered in that circumstance.

A pre-existing medical condition is generally any condition, which you are aware of or have had treatment for before you buy your travel insurance. This includes any condition which you may have received treatment for before you extend your policy or can also include any condition, which your travel companion or family member may have or know of.

The specific definition of pre-existing medical conditions does differ, depending on your country of residence. Please do read the policy description of coverage carefully, including the "terms with special meanings" and any exclusions to cover, to ensure that you understand what is covered (and not).
