WWOOFING-- which insurance do I pick?
You can most definitely check us out a http://worldnomads.com/insurance.aspx. As I'm unaware of your country of residence, it's hard to inform you of what activities you'd be covered for or not, but feel free to drop me a line chris[at]worldnomads.com and I'll help steer you in the right direction. Best way to experience Bergen?
I totally agree with fussel, if you've only got one day, plonk yourself in the city and just walk till your feet drop off. It's a stunning town with plenty to explore, so just get some comfy shoes on and walk it! almost 9 years ago

what is a good sushi place to dine at?
A little left of centre, but.... takataka.mx (330 West Broadway, New York) - A fusion of Mexican and Japanese. If the thought of soft-shell crab tacos tickles your fancy, then you should try this place out. I loved it! almost 9 years ago
