    Pacific Island beach holiday

I'd consider Samoa ( http://www.samoa-hotels.ws/ ) or Soloman Islands ( http://www.solomonislands-hotels.travel/ ) as a little left of centre. The WHL group of hotels will also give you a more authentic local experience if you're looking for something outside of the standard 'resort'. over 8 years ago

What would I need to know about volunteering in a cambodian orphanage?

Where to start Catherine ! What's probably most important is that you're working with a reputable organisation, whose objectives are sound and sustainable. There are a number of organisations who work there, but can I suggest that you contact - http://pepyride.org/support/volunteer-opportunities - (@pepytours). I know this team personally and they'll point you firmly in the right direction. They'll help you better understand the landscape and how you can make a real difference. over 8 years ago
