Beaches in new Zealand
Bay of Islands definitely, many terrific beaches. I've got a soft spot for the back beach at Russell and bizarrely have a burial plot bought for me by a relative there...I digress. Its divine up there, you wont be dissapointed. over 8 years ago

I am traveling from NYC to Baltimore. Is the train trip scenic or should I drive?
Its just stress free to be honest. Fairly urban most of the way which is fine if you feel like a little ' The Wire' style street spotting. If you don't 'need' to drive, I'd just take the train, one less car on the road and time for you to chill. over 8 years ago
