I am a trekking and tour operator in Nepal. I am a trained trekking guide, I have an experience of leading numerous trekking expeditions since 1999. I have been trekking and guided trekking groups across almost all the trekking routes of Nepal and Tibet/ Mt Kailash, and has made the best.
I suggest you stay at lakeside ( Fewa lake). You can stay a night or two night around Begnas Lake too and stay a night at Sarangkot for close mountain view as well as the sunrise view. Good Luck!!! Raju over 3 years ago
Have you done Tibet tour? how was it? Best Regards Raju over 3 years ago
Hi Heather, You are heartily welcome to Himalaya Country Nepal! Pleased, it is no problem by politically .or strikes, the blockade to visit Nepal. It is monsoon time, so which region you want to visit is you are going to trekking. Can be a problem with visibility and domestic flights and landslide. But you can do tour still, no problem. Nepal is for all season. Even it is monsoon then you can go trekking to Upper Mustang, Upper Dolpo, Nar Phu, Tilicho but I suggest you that you should have enough time, no tight timing.
