What is the best tour to see Uluru and Kings Canyon in a weekend?

The only Indigenous tour at Uluru is Anangu Tours. Dont expect too much in the way of cultural interaction at Uluru. I was in the industry for many years and visited the place numerous times including doing the tour a few times. I can say that it is worth it just to see the monolith and the walk around the base is amazing. Valley of the Winds walk at Kata Tjuta (Olgas) is spectacular. Kings Canyon to my knowledge (last visited June 09) does not have an Indigenous tour there. The best Indigenous guided experiences are out of Alice Springs. Distances are significant. Round trip Alice Springs-Uluru-Kings Canyon is around 900km so a tour is pretty good value. I think RT Tours Australia does the circuit. It is run by a local Indigenous guy who is also a trained chef. Recommend flying in and out of Alice Springs and doing a tour. Other good operator is Wayoutback Safaris. Just google them. over 10 years ago
