Looking for a nice hotel in Venice for a weekend any ideas?

I stayed for several nights a the hotel San Gallo (S. Gallo as it was also posted) and had no complaints that i can remember. It was a little difficult to locate as this was my time to Venice, or Italy for that matter. http://www.hotelsangallo.com/en/ Quoted from their website: "The hotel is ideally located only 50 meters from St. Mark's Square, surrounded by the most important lanes of Venice, and can be easy reached thanks to its proximity to nearby boat stops. The enchanting oasis in Campo San Gallo will greet you with relaxing, comfortable interiors decorated in the traditional Venetian style." over 11 years ago

Am in Hawaii for 11 days - where should I go?

I visited a few years ago for Christmas. If you with any children I would recommend the Polynesian Cultural Center. Everyone, specially my daughter, had a great time visiting the various "locations" and doing the activities (making fire for instance). As a previous commentor also suggested, snorkeling in Hanauma Bay was fantastic! We even saw sea turtles. Here and while kayaking in the ocean. One word of caution though, we rented a vehicle and drove all over the island. During a short "photo opportunity", we pulled off the road to a semi-busy scenic stop and my wife's purse was never to be seen again. We immediately started calling the credit card companies to find out that there were already charges to it. Just be careful at those scenic pull-outs. over 11 years ago

What's the best mexican restaurant in the san fernando valley, Ca?

I highly recommend Sol y Luna near Tarzana or Joselitos in Tujunga though parking is kind of a pain for either location, Sol Y Luna does offer valet. about 10 years ago
