Where's the best fish and chip shop in Sydney...and one that does real chips as opposed to frozen ones.
Bottom of the Harbour in Balmoral is one of the best and great views from the beach across the road. Beware they charge extra on sundays and public holidays and they get very busy so the wait can be quite long. Olde Fashioned Fish & Chips in Naremburn is another excellent on as is Windsor Seafoods in George St. Windsor. about 10 years ago
You've got to get them onto the harbour. A ferry to Manly is the cheapest and easiest way to do it. I'd also do a picnic on Bradley's Head on the North side of the harbour. Some of the bets views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House can be had from there. I'd also take them to the Rocks area lots of good places to eat and drink around there along with a bit of history. about 10 years ago
Anna Bay at the North End of Stockton Beach is a great place to spend a long lazy weekend by the Beach. Great Sunsets, 4WD on the beach. over 9 years ago
