Where can I learn to develop iPhone apps?

Contact Ian who is at the top of the most replied list at the bottom of the "browse questions" home page, send him a mail directly. Not sure if he knows anywhere in Mexico specifically but he might have something online for you. about 11 years ago

Are there any beaches worth checking out south of London?

Bournemouth is probably the best "Beach" within easy striking distance of London on the Train. Brighton is a great place but the beach is not so good, shingle rather than sand. Most of the South Coast is shingle. Although you can find some pretty deserted sandy areas around Chichester, Ford & climping. Climping is a really beautiful area but only if you're after tranquil countryside and sand dunes rather than tourist ammenities. about 11 years ago

If I get to Victoria Stn at 3am will I be able to get a bite to eat and a UK sim card? Got a couple of hours to kill before meeting friends?

JMphoto, YES you can get a lot of stuff round Victoria. The trains may not be running but you can definitely get food, there's quite a few 24Hr cafe's and restaurants within a few seconds walk. Depends on the day but right next to Victoria Station is one of London's biggest night clubs, Pacha. Whenever I used to finsih playing at 5 or 6am I would always pop round the corner for something to eat before heading home. There is a Sainsburys supermarket which may also be 24 Hrs where you might be able to pick up a sim card as well about 11 years ago

Can I use a camera in public in Thailand?

Yes you can. I know of no law that says you cant, and none of the thai people or officials have frowned whilst I've photographed or video'd anything. Most are more than happy to pose or to take the picture for you. over 11 years ago

Where are some good and cheap hotels in the city centre?

Good or Cheap. Big difference in London. I've had great success with Laterooms.co.uk and pricerunner.co.uk The last one I stayed at were fine and in tube Zone 1. The Novotel Bankside was probably the most convenient location and I managed to get a room for £70 per night. Right next to the River Thames, it's within a couple of minutes walk of The Tate Modern, London Bridge Station, Tower Bridge. It;s also opposite the Vinopolis wine museum around the back of Borough Market. A bit more expensive MyHotel is right in the centre of the West End on Tottenham Court road and is more of a Boutique style place. over 11 years ago
