Which is the best party place in Croatia? We're looking for one that has a mix of good pubs, nightclubs, bars and beaches.
I would say Hvar, known as the party island. Tara Reid went there on her trashy tv show. over 8 years ago
I found the trains easy to navigate. If you haven't driven in a foreign country before, I would be hesitant about driving in Ireland. The drivers are crazy. over 8 years ago
What the best places to go and see in Croatia, spending 2 weeks there in September and will have a car
I agree with Split. Also Dubrovnik. I also liked the islands of Hvar and Makarska. I believe you can get to both via Jadriolina (I can't spell it) ferries. Zadar is also nice. over 8 years ago
To do: temples and lots of them. Also Sunday night walking market. Chiang Dao Elephant Camp. To eat: anything. I enjoyed Khao-Mao Khao-Fang restaurant because it's on the water and is very good. over 8 years ago

How much money would be needed to travel the U.S. from coast to coast by foot and train, staying at Hostel along the way over 1 month?
Assume that hostels cost around $30 per night, but there are places in between where there are no hostels. You would have to stay in budget hotels, around $50 per night, unless you are camping as Nicole said above. The train isn't as cheap here as it is in Europe, but you can get from one city to the next around $200 per leg. about 7 years ago
