    3-5 days budget in Nice

http://www.vsaint.com/ By far the best hostel I have ever seen in my life. They organise loads of trips. They have a bar and a kitchen that makes pretty awesome food for very little. They will pick you up from the train station with a mini-bus. And now I am looking it looks like they have renovated and it looks pretty awesome almost 10 years ago

Which Indian Restaraunt is the best?

Ooo! A controversial question, lol Depends what you value as a "better" quality. Little India is BYO, it is cheap and has decent curries. Best and favourite in my opinion but I'm not rating on the best flavoured curries or anything. The new Indian place in Sandy Bay from what I have heard is a bit soft on their spice and the hottest curry there will only burn a couple of taste buds instead of your whole mouth. There is an indian place in Battery Point which I have heard people rave about. over 10 years ago

What is the best calling card plan for dialing the U.S. from Australia?

If you haven't already. Get whoever you are calling on Skype (www.skype.com) Free skype to skype calls, rarely with delay, or if you setup a paid account (not hard) then you can call landlines in Australia for 3 cents a minute. http://www.skype.com/intl/en/prices/callrates/?currency=AUD#allRatesTab It is not hard and it is much cheaper than any calling card option. While I was travelling in Europe I could even find skype on most internet cafe computers so I travelled around with my own headset just incase they did not some provided. It was definitely worth it almost 10 years ago

What are THE things to see in Perth?

Advice was well worth it. We spent a night at Rottnest and a day snorkelling. Unluckely got stung by a jelly fish though (around my face just so it looks good). It was really nice and we times it with the Freo to Rottnest swim which is a crazy 6 hour race. Went to the array of breweries there. Fav beers: Angus Pale Ale - strongly hopped ale from Swan Brewery in Perth Madmonk Freja - crisp citrusey wheat beer from Madmonk in Freo (lots of interesting beers here inc. smoked beer) Little Creatures - in general a great selection of tasty beers but none that stand out as fantastic We went to some places in Perth but my advice is to stay away from the north-eastern part of town, it gets a bit dodgy at night. Great area to stay and go out is Highgate (and I heard Lederville is good) almost 11 years ago

Is there a good local place to eat close to the Eiffel Tower?

The area east of the Eiffel Tower is really nice. St Germain is the name of the district. You can find a lot of nice quaint coffee shops and restaurants. It is bordering the river on the Southern side so just follow the river around from the Tower toward the Notre Dame and you will see little streets heading off on your right that will get you into the area. My tip if you want a "real" parisian feel. Grab some baguettes and wine and sit on Ponte d'Arts between the Louvre and the old parliament house, around sunset. Lots of parisians will be there and it is very cool atmosphere. almost 11 years ago

Is Verona worth a day trip from Venice?

Agreed. Verona is a nice town with lots of interesting streets to get lost in. There are your usual Italian designer shops and churches, along with some really interesting historical sites. It is the last point before you head into the tri-lingual part of Italy further North. This I think makes the Italians stress how Italian they are. Pizza and beer in Verona is pretty good too. Especially the pizza! almost 11 years ago

What is there to see in the north of Chile?

I always wanted to visit the salt lakes in northern Chile. Parque Lauca has big crazy volcanoes next to salt lakes. There are some great pictures here: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Parque_Nacional_Lauca Just across the border in Bolivia there is Salar de Uyuni which are fantastic salt plains. Mind blowing pictures from here aswell. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Salar_de_Uyuni almost 11 years ago
